Dr. Beitsch is truly an amazing doctor. I went to him for a second opinion on chemo after I had breast cancer surgery elsewhere. The medical oncologist I went to post-surgery couldn’t answer my questions or interpret the tables on my tests, and just told me what “the guidelines“ say. Dr. Beitsch, on the other hand, gave me insight into current studies that were relevant, data on many aspects of treatment, and his personal experience (which is extensive). He saw me as an individual, with my own concerns and priorities. He helped me get additional testing that really clarified things, and also got me into a trial. I feel like I am on the right path now, even though I still have some decisions ahead. I’m so thankful that I found Dr. Beitsch. Also, his staff is very kind!
